Please read these terms carefully before using our services
V’xpress Logistics reserves the right to amend or update company policies at any time without prior notice.
Packages must be collected within eight (8) days of arrival. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of JMD $100 per day. Any package left uncollected for thirty (30) days will be subject to auction.
Customers shipping fragile items are strongly encouraged to contact their seller to ensure proper packaging. V’xpress Logistics will not be held liable for damages that occur prior to the package being received by our facility.
If a customer authorizes another individual to collect a package on their behalf, the customer must notify us in advance and provide the full name of the authorized person.
All invoices and relevant shipping documentation must be submitted before the package arrives in Jamaica. Please be advised that all customers are required to declare the contents of their shipment. Customers who do not agree with this policy are welcome to explore alternative shipping options.
